Connecting iOS Devices
Learn how to properly connect and troubleshoot iOS devices with CleverCheck.
Requirements
- iOS 12.0 or later
- Apple Lightning Cable or USB-C cable (for newer models)
Connection Steps

Connect the Device
Use an appropriate Apple Lightning or USB-C cable to connect your device to the computer.

Unlock the Device
Make sure your device is turned on and unlocked.

Trust the Computer
When prompted, select "Trust" on your device to allow connection with CleverCheck.
Troubleshooting
Important Note
Most iOS connection issues are related to the Apple Driver. Follow the steps below to resolve common problems.
Check Apple Driver Installation
- Open CleverCheck Settings and navigate to the Driver Manager
- Verify that the Apple Driver is installed and running
- If prompted, allow CleverCheck to start the Apple Driver
Additional Steps
- Check Task Manager for "AppleMobileDeviceService.exe"
- If the service is missing, try installing iTunes from the official source
- Verify the device appears in iTunes to confirm driver functionality
